RentALL Cars v2.0 is out and running! Get to know what’s new!

Hello Entrepreneurs! We are thrilled to announce our latest version of RentALL Cars.

RentALL Cars – a car rental script, is 100% customizable and scalable, meaning as your business grows the online platform will adapt to your business needs.

Let’s learn what’s so NEW about RentALL Cars v2.0;

• We have included the RTL Language support (Arabic) to both our web panels and app.
• We have transformed the manual payout method to auto-payout to Host from admin.
• Guess what? Now Stripe payout supports the European countries using the tokenization method!
• We introduced new designs and totally revamped our Admin panel.
• Now you can ‘manage payment gateways’ straight from the Admin panel.
• The admin can now ‘manage sub-admins’ using the Admin panel.

A step-by-step guide on RentALL Cars v2.0:

Let us help you understand the new changes made in the RentALL Cars v2.0;

1. RTL support in both web panels and app:

You can expand your business to the Middle East now! We have introduced the RTL language support (Arabic) in both our web panels and app.

Admin Web Panel:

Step 1: Log in to the admin panel by giving in the details.

Step 2: Click on the globe icon on the top right corner of the admin dashboard.

Step 3: Select the Arabic language and your admin dashboard completely transforms to adapt to the RTL support. Just like magic!

Users Web Panel:

Step 1: Click on the Login button at the top right corner to log into the user dashboard.

Step 2: Click on the ‘English’ language on the top bar of the dashboard to choose the Arabic language.

Step 3: You’ll see the whole user dashboard changing into adapting the RTL support.

User App:

Step 1: Download the RentALL Cars app from either the App Store or the Play Store.

Step 2: Give in the required details if you are using the app for the first time or log into the app.

Step 3: Click on the ‘Profile’ at the bottom → it’ll direct you to the profile details.

Step 4: Click on the ‘Settings’ → you’ll be directed to the account settings page.

Step 5: Click on the ‘Language’ and select the Arabic language which will change the language of the app to Arabic.

2. Auto-payout to Host by Admin:

You don’t have to worry about making the right payment at the right time to the car owner (host). It’s all automated now!

Follow the steps to check your ‘Payout Status’;

Step 1: Log in to the admin panel and click on the ‘Payout Management’ in the left column of the dashboard.

Step 2: You’ll be directed to the payout details page.

Step 3: Check the ‘Payout Status’ to know whether earnings have been distributed to the respective host.

3. Stripe Add Payout supporting European countries:

Now the European customers can also add the payout details as we’ve integrated Stripe to support European countries using the tokenization method.

Step 1: Log in to the user panel and click on ‘Account’ which will redirect you to the ‘Payout preferences’ page.

Step 2: Click on the ‘Add payout method’ and fill in the details (country, address, pin code, etc) then click on the ‘Next’ button.

Step 3: Select ‘Bank Account’ and click ‘Next’.

Step 4: Fill in the account details (Account type, account holder name, sort number [ie: social security number], and account number)

Step 5: Click finish and the car owner (host) can receive his earnings

directly to their bank account.

4. Revamped Admin panel:

The look and feel of the admin panel have been revamped to make it more visually appealing!

5. Manage the payment method using the payment gateway feature:

Want to decide on how your car rental platform functions on the monetary aspect? You can now set the payment gateway from which the users can make payment and the hosts can receive their earnings.

Step 1: Log in to the admin panel and click on the ‘Manage Payment Gateway’ on the left side of the admin dashboard.

Step 2: You’ll be directed to the ‘Payment Gateway’ page, where you can manage the availability of the payment gateway for your customers to use.

Note:

At least one payment gateway must be on the active status.

6. Manage Sub-admin in Admin panel:

The Manage sub-admin feature helps the admin to delegate work to the sub-admins by giving them separate roles and responsibilities. Let’s check out how it works!

Step 1: Log in to the admin panel of RentALL Cars

Step 2: Find the ‘Manage Admins’ section on the left side of the dashboard. 

Step 3: Click on it, then you’ll get a drop-down ‘Manage Admin Users’ and ‘Manage Admin Roles’. 

Step 4: Click on ‘Manage Admin Users’ and click on the ‘Add New’ button and enter the email ID, password and select the role of the sub-admin.  

Note: The admin can also edit and delete the already existing roles given to the sub-admin. Click on the edit button to enter the email ID, password and change the roles of the sub-admin. 

Step 5: Then again click on the ‘Manage Admin Roles’ on the left side of the dashboard and you’ll be directed to the ‘Manage Admin roles’ page. 

Step 6: The admin can click the ‘Add New’ button to select a role, give a description and select any privileges to assign responsibility to the sub-admin.

Note: The admin can edit the assigned roles, descriptions, and privileges. The admin can also delete it. 

Other improvements to note:

These are other note-worthy changes made in the RentALL Cars v2.0!

1. Stripe publishable key from the Admin panel:

The Stripe publishable API key is used in the admin panel to identify the payment account with Stripe.

Step 1: Log in to the admin panel and click on the ‘Site settings’.

Step 2: Scroll down to find the ‘Stripe Publishable Key’ at the bottom.

2. Updated the Stripe Payment Library:

There is an updated version of Stripe Payment Library which has been migrated to the RentALL Cars mobile app to make it more user-friendly and efficient!
